Burnt Ends Flatbread

Directions

  1.  Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees, place parchment paper on sheet pan.
  2. Place flat bread sheet on the pan and brush lightly with olive oil followed by BBQ sauce.
  3. Top with shredded cheese, brisket burnt ends, onions, and red pepper.
  4. Bake until cheese is melted and slightly browned. Remove from oven, cool, slice, and plate.
  5. Drizzle with BBQ Sauce, garnish with crispy onions and chopped green onions.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet bread, flatbread, par-baked
  • oil, olive, as needed
  • 2 oz BBQ sauce
  • 2 oz mozzarella & provolone shredded cheese blend
  • 4 oz Ridgecrest® Beef Brisket Burnt Ends
  • 1 oz red pepper strips, roasted
  • 1 oz onion, caramelized
  • BBQ sauce, as needed, for garnish
  • onion(s), green, chopped, as needed for garnish
  • crispy fried onions, as needed for garnish
