Directions
- Spray a 9 x13 baking dish with vegetable spray.
- Place cubed bread, shredded cheese, chorizo, green peppers
and mushrooms on bottom.
- In a mixing bowl, combine milk, egg, dry mustard and McCormick steak seasoning.

Scatter butter pieces on top of egg custard.
- Refrigerate for a least 5 hours. Place in a preheated 350 oven and
bake for 1 hour.

- 1 1/2 lb Contigo® Pork Chorizo , cooked and crumbled
- 1 lb Nature's Best Dairy® Eggs, Liquid Whole with Citric Acid
- 4 oz green bell pepper , diced and blanched
- 8 oz mushroom(s), sliced 3/16 in, saute' and patted dry
- 1/8 oz mustard, dry, powdered
- 2 tsp McCormick® Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 12 each Heritage Ovens® Bread, White , cubed
- 1 lb Cheese Blend White Cheddar And Monterey Jack 50/50 Fancy Shredded
- 4 1/2 cup Nature's Best Dairy® Milk, Whole
