Directions
- Blend together Greek yogurt, Custom Culinary® Gold Label True Foundations™ Vegetable Liquid Stock Concentrate, lemon juice, lemon zest, lime juice, lime zest and thyme; cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
- Serve with seasoned pita wedges.

- 1 qt yogurt, Greek, plain
- 2 tbsp lemon juice, fresh
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp lime, juice, fresh
- 1 tbsp lime zest
- 12 each bread, pita, brushed with oil and seasoned, cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp thyme, fresh, chopped
