Citrus Yogurt Dip

Directions

  1. Blend together Greek yogurt, Custom Culinary® Gold Label True Foundations™ Vegetable Liquid Stock Concentrate, lemon juice, lemon zest, lime juice, lime zest and thyme; cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
  2. Serve with seasoned pita wedges.

Ingredients

  • 1 qt yogurt, Greek, plain
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp lime, juice, fresh
  • 1 tbsp lime zest
  • 12 each bread, pita, brushed with oil and seasoned, cut into wedges
  • 1 tbsp thyme, fresh, chopped
  • 3 tbsp Custom Culinary® Gold Label True Foundations™ Vegetable Liquid Stock Concentrate
