Coconut Sauce

Directions

  1. Mix the coconut milk, sugar, and salt in a pan.
  2. Bring to a boil, let boil for 4-5 minutes. Reduce to a simmer and cook until half the volume is gone.
  3. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp West Creek® sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Magellan® Pure Vanilla Extract
