Contigo® Red Habanero Compound Butter

Directions

  1. With butter at room temperature fold in all ingredients.
  2. Transfer to a piping bag with a star tip.
  3. Pipe butter onto sheet pan lined with parchment paper then refrigerate for service.

  • 1 lb. Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted
  • 3 tbsp Contigo® red habanero hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, Fresh, minced
  • 1 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Lime(s), juice only
  • 2 tbsp cheese, cotija
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds, black
