Crispy Crab Osso Bucco

Directions

  1.  Bring 3 Gal water to a simmer and add Crab Boil. Add Osso Bucco to pot and simmer for 2-2.5 hours. Allow to cool
  2. Add three pieces to 360 degree to fryer and fry for 2 min

  3. Add 1 TBL spoon honey on the plate as a base. Place Osso Bucco shingled on place in honey

  4. Drizzle remaining honey across meat. Serve

  • 3 pieces Catelli Petite Osso Bucco
  • 1 bag crab boil
  • 2 tbsp Hot Honey, as glaze
  • 1 tbsp Hot Honey, as base
