Dark Side Reuben


  1. Heat griddle, butter exterior of bread slices and place on griddle to toast.
  2. Place Swiss cheese on one slice of the bread and pepper jack on the other, place pastrami on griddle and cook until thoroughly warm.
  3. Place pastrami on one side of the bread, top with coleslaw and drizzle Spicy Russian Dressing.
  4. Garnish with crispy fried onion rings and garlic pickle garnish.


  • 4 oz Ridgecrest® pastrami
  • 2 slices bread pumpernickel
  • butter, as needed
  • 1/8 cup kale coleslaw
  • 1 oz spicy Russian dressing
  • 1 slice cheese, Swiss
  • 1 slice cheese, pepper jack
  • pickle(s), garlic, as needed
