Dark Side Reuben
Directions
- Heat griddle, butter exterior of bread slices and place on griddle to toast.
- Place Swiss cheese on one slice of the bread and pepper jack on the other, place pastrami on griddle and cook until thoroughly warm.
- Place pastrami on one side of the bread, top with coleslaw and drizzle Spicy Russian Dressing.
- Garnish with crispy fried onion rings and garlic pickle garnish.

- 4 oz Ridgecrest® pastrami
- 2 slices bread pumpernickel
- butter, as needed
- 1/8 cup kale coleslaw
- 1 oz spicy Russian dressing
- 1 slice cheese, Swiss
- 1 slice cheese, pepper jack
- pickle(s), garlic, as needed
