Bay Winds® General Tso Salmon


  1. Brush both side of salmon with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil. Then season with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Toss the shrimp with the remaining olive oil then season with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  2. On the medium heat area of your grill place the shrimp and salmon. Cook the salmon to an internal temperature of 150°F. Brush the general Tso sauce on each side of the salmon then cover to let glaze form.
  3. Place salmon on warm entrée plate.
  4. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side then place in a bowl with the artichoke, roasted red pepper and dressing and toss.
  5. Top the plated salmon with a portion of the artichoke and shrimp mixture then serve. Optional: serve with Jasmine rice and steamed asparagus.


  • 2 filets ea. Bay Winds® salmon, 8 oz.
  • 8 ea. Bay Winds® Shrimp, White 21-25 Count, rpdt/off
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
  • 4 tbsp Roma® extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Asian Pride® General Tso Sauce
  • 3 oz. Village Garden® Empress Sesame Ginger Dressing
  • 6` ea. Roma® Artichoke Hearts, quartered
  • 1/4 cup Roma® roasted red peppers, julienne
