Cover a small iron skillet with potatoes. Top with eggs.
Combine pico de gallo and Frank’s® RedHot® Original Buffalo Wings Sauce and cover whites of the eggs. Lightly sprinkle entire skillet with cheese and jalapenos.
Bake just long enough to melt cheese and toast French's® Crispy Jalapeños. Garnish with cilantro and a lime wedge.
