Empire’s Treasure® Inferno Eggs
Directions
- Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add crab cakes to pan and warm for 1-2 minutes per side until heated all the way through. Place on plate.
- In a separate pan melt butter and crack the two eggs into pan.
- Cook for minute or so per side and then place on top of crab cakes.
- Drizzle the sriracha sauce on top and serve.

- 2 Empire Treasure Crab Cake
- 2 Nature's Best Dairy® Egg(s)
- 2 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted
- 1 tbsp Piancone® Oil, Olive
- 1 tbsp West Creek® sriracha aioli
- 1/8 tsp Magellan® sea salt
- 1/8 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground

- In a bowl combine the listed ingredients.
- Refrigerate until needed.
