Korean Barbecue Short Ribs with Mac & Cheese

Directions

  1. Season short ribs with salt and pepper. Slow roast in a covered pan with the beef broth. Cook until tender at 300° F.
  2. Plate and glaze with Sweet Baby Ray’s Korean Barbecue & Wing Sauce. Serve with your favorite mac & cheese glazed with Sweet Baby Ray’s Citrus Chipotle Sauce.

  • 4 cups beef broth, low sodium
  • 3 beef, short ribs, braised, bone in
  • 6 tbsp Sweet Baby Ray's® Korean Barbecue & Wing Sauce
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Prepare the mac & cheese and add Sweet Baby Ray's Citrus Citrus Chipotle Barbecue sauce to taste.
