Korean Dumplings
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, onion, cabbage, tofu and noodles.
- In a separate small bowl, combine garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
- Pour seasoning mixture over meat and vegetables; mix with hands to combine.
- Place approximately 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of the dumpling wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper in half, pressing to seal. Crimp the edges. Repeat until all filling has been used.
- Pan-fry dumplings and serve with Custom Culinary® True Foundations® Korean-Style Sweet Heat Sauce for dipping.

- 1 ea onion(s), finely chopped
- 1 cup Cabbage, finely chopped, parboiled
- 1/2 cup tofu, chopped
- 4 oz sweet potato noodles, soaked, chopped
- 3 ea garlic, clove(s), finely chopped
- 1 tbsp
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 package dumpling wrappers
- 6 oz Custom Culinary® True Foundations® Korean-Style Sweet Heat Sauce
