Loaded Chicken & Baked Potato Casserole

Directions

  1. Using a large sauce pot, add bacon, once bacon starts to brown add onions & cook for roughly 5 minutes. Careful not to burn the bacon, add soup. Simmer on low for about 15 minutes.
  2. Transfer to large mixing bowl, add 1 cup of cheese, 1.5 cups of panko, mix thoroughly.
  3. Fold in the chives, sour cream, Black Pepper & chicken. Place mixture in baking dish and bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
  4. Top with remaining cheese and panko, bake until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup bacon, applewood, diced and cooked
  • 2 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs, toasted
  • 2 1/2 cups cheese shredded, cheddar, aged, white
  • 2 cups pulled chicken, cooked, seared
  • 2 tbsp chives, fresh, diced
  • 1/2 cup onion(s), white, sliced thin
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper, ground
  • 1 pouch Campbell's Reserve® Loaded Baked Potato & Cheddar Soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
