Loaded Turkey Nachos with Tajin Crema
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the beans and chipotle or chile powder.
- Spread the tortilla chips on an ovenproof plate and top with the turkey, sweet potatoes, beans, Roma tomatoes, corn, olives, jalapeños and cheese.
- Run the plate under a broiler or salamander (or place in a hot oven) until the cheese melts and the nachos are hot.
- Top the nachos with the green onions and drizzle with the Tajin Crema. Serve.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup beans, black, canned, drained
- 2 tbsp olive(s), black , sliced
- 1/2 cup cheese, cheddar , shredded (also can use monterey jack or taco blend cheese)
- 1/4 tsp chipotle chile powder
- 2 tbsp corn, kernels
- 2 each green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp jalapeño(s), pickled, sliced
- 1/2 each tomato(es), Roma, chopped
- 1/2 each sweet potato, chunked
- Tajin Crema, drizzle, for garnish
- 25-30 each tortilla chips, multicolored
- 1 lb Butterball® Handcrafted Roast and Serve Turkey Breast, chunked
Tajin Crema
Directions
- Combine the crema and Tajin seasoning in a small bowl.
- Reserve the crema until ready for use.
