Marinated Grilled Piancone Epicureo® Lamb Loin Chop
Directions
- Combine Olive oil, fresh herbs, garlic, lemon zest, salt & pepper in a bowl.
- Place chops in a shallow dish and cover with marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour.
- Grill over medium/high heat to desired doneness.
- Serve with roasted potatoes and green beans.

- 2 tbsp oil, olive
- 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Thyme, Fresh, chopped
- 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Basil, chopped
- 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Rosemary, Fresh, chopped
- 2 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1 ea lemon zest
- 4 oz potato(es), marble, red, yellow, and purple
- 3 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Green Beans, snipped
