Marinated Grilled Piancone Epicureo® Lamb Loin Chop

Directions

  1. Combine Olive oil, fresh herbs, garlic, lemon zest, salt & pepper in a bowl.
  2. Place chops in a shallow dish and cover with marinade.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour.
  4. Grill over medium/high heat to desired doneness.
  5. Serve with roasted potatoes and green beans.

  • 2 tbsp oil, olive
  • 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Thyme, Fresh, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Basil, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Rosemary, Fresh, chopped
  • 2 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 ea lemon zest
  • 4 oz potato(es), marble, red, yellow, and purple
  • 3 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Green Beans, snipped
