Mid-West Surf and Turf Pizza


  1. Hand toss the dough ball and place on pizza screen Spread Blue cheese dressing to cover dough evenly
  2. Place sliced, blanched potatoes on pizza to cover sauce Cover pizza with the Bacio cheese Place the seared Beef and shrimp on pizza so each slice (6) will receive both
  3. Place in pizza oven and drizzle with Mikes Hot Honey when it is completed
  4. Slice pizza into 6 slices so all guests can enjoy


  • 3 1/2 oz Bacio Whole Milk Cheese
  • 1 10 oz Ultimo!® dough ball
  • 2 1/2 oz Village Garden Bleu Cheese Dressing
  • 1 oz Mikes Hot Honey Sauce
  • 12 potato(es), Yukon Gold, 1/8-in-thick slices pre blanched
  • 12 Bay Winds® Shrimp, White 21-25 Count, half cooked, tail off
  • 12 1/2 oz slices Braveheart® Black Angus Beef Tenderloin, Medallions, seared
