Pecan Pie with OREO Cookie Pieces

Directions

  1. Whisk eggs and butter in large bowl. Add next 5 ingredients; whisk until combined.
  2. Place nuts and cookie pieces in bottom of pie crust. Pour in egg mixture.
  3. Place pie in 400°F standard oven. Immediately reduce oven temperature to 350°F. Bake 40 to 50 min. or until internal temperature registers 165°F. Cool completely on wire rack. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

  • 2 3/4 oz. butter, melted
  • 9 3/4 oz. light corn syrup
  • 2 3/4 oz. sugar, light brown
  • 2 1/4 oz. sugar, granulated
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 1/2 oz. pecans, whole
  • 2 oz. OREO Medium Cookie Pieces
  • (1) 9 in. pie crust, par-baked
