Peri-Peri Cauliflower
Directions
- Toss cauliflower with olive oil the season with salt and pepper.
- Cook cauliflower in 450° oven for 8-10 minutes.
- Place cauliflower after removing from oven in a stainless-steel bowl with butter, honey, and per-peri seasoning. Toss to coat then serve.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Peak Fresh Produce® Cauliflower, Floret(s), blanched
- 3 tbsp Roma® Oil, Olive
- 1/4 tsp Magellan® sea salt
- 1/4 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
- 4 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted
- 2 tbsp West Creek® Honey
- 2 tbsp peri-peri seasoning
