Peri-Peri Cauliflower

Directions

  1. Toss cauliflower with olive oil the season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook cauliflower in 450° oven for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Place cauliflower after removing from oven in a stainless-steel bowl with butter, honey, and per-peri seasoning. Toss to coat then serve.

  • 2 lbs Peak Fresh Produce® Cauliflower, Floret(s), blanched
  • 3 tbsp Roma® Oil, Olive
  • 1/4 tsp Magellan® sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
  • 4 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted
  • 2 tbsp West Creek® Honey
  • 2 tbsp peri-peri seasoning
