Quiche Lorraine
Directions
- Place pastry crust into a quiche pan and pre bake at 400 for about 10minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and cream. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix together the bacon, cheese and onion and evenly distribute onto crust. Cover with egg and cream mixture.
- Place on sheet pan and place into oven to bake. Should take about 20- 25 minutes. Check doneness by testing center with a toothpick. Done when toothpick come out clean.
