Ranchero Salsa

Directions

  1. In a small pan, heat 1 tablespoon of canola oil over medium high heat.
  2. Sauté garlic, jalapeños, and onion until slightly soft. Fold in tomatoes, water, cumin, and salt and cook until the tomatoes start to break down.
  3. Remove from heat and set aside.

  • 2 tomato(es), Roma, diced
  • 1/4 white onion, sliced
  • 1 jalapeño(s), sliced
  • 1 garlic, clove(s), minced
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp salt
