Pour moonshine in a sauté pan and turn on heat. Add raspberries in sauce and simmer, cooking the fresh raspberries in the sauce. Continue to simmer sauce to infuse the flavor. Turn the chicken and then brush the chicken with the sauce.
Butter the bun and place on flat grill to toast. When ready, place the lettuce on bun, then top with onion and tomatoes. Place chicken on the tomatoes and brush with sauce. Shingle the bun and serve.
