Rockefeller Spinach

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat then add garlic, spinach, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Pour in Pernod and simmer for one minute. Pour in cream and reduce by half then stir in parmesan cheese and serve.

  • 1/4 cup Pernod, or Herbsaint liqueur
  • 1/2 cup Nature's Best Dairy® Cream, Heavy
  • 1/8 tsp Roma® Black Pepper, Ground
  • 1/8 tsp salt, sea
  • 4 tbsp Roma® Cheese, Parmesan, ground
