Rockefeller Spinach
Directions
- Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat then add garlic, spinach, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in Pernod and simmer for one minute. Pour in cream and reduce by half then stir in parmesan cheese and serve.

- 6 cups Peak Fresh Produce® Spinach, Baby
- 1 tbsp Roma® minced garlic
- 1 tsp Roma® Oil, Olive
- 1/4 cup Pernod, or Herbsaint liqueur
- 1/2 cup Nature's Best Dairy® Cream, Heavy
- 1/8 tsp Roma® Black Pepper, Ground
- 1/8 tsp salt, sea
- 4 tbsp Roma® Cheese, Parmesan, ground
