Roma® Pizza Salad

Directions

  1. Place the lettuce on a plate and top with the vinaigrette.
  2. Sprinkle the cheese and pepperoni on top.
  3. Finish with the croutons.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Lettuce, Mix
  • 3 oz Pizza Sauce Vinaigrette, (see recipe below)
  • 1 oz Bacio® Cheese Shredded, Mozzarella
  • 1 oz Roma® Pepperoni, quartered
  • 1/2 cup Pizza Crust croutons, (see recipe below)

Pizza Sauce Vinaigrette

Directions

  1. Whisk the balsamic and pizza sauce together. Whisk in the olive oil in a steady stream. Stir in the seasoning.
  2. Let sit for one hour.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Piancone Pizza Sauce
  • 1 cup Piancone® Vinegar, White Balsamic
  • 1 cup Roma® extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Pizza Perfect Seasoning

Pizza Crust Croutons

Directions

  1. Stretch out the dough and bake as a plain pizza crust. Cool.
  2. Brush with olive oil and cut into small squares. Toss in parmesan.
