Sirloin Filet Lobster Tail
Directions
- Season Filet and place on Grill, cook to desired temp.
- Crack open tail and pull meat to the top brush with butter and place on lower grill to cook slowly.
- Place olive oil and 1 tsp butter in sauté pan and heat on medium. Add the 2 portions of green beans and sauté until tender and then add a touch of brown sugar and whip in with butter, toss and coat the green beans and place on plate.
- Add Filet to plate and stand tail on filet brush with butter one last time, place microgreens on plate and serve

- 8 oz Braveheart® Black Angus Beef Steak(s), Sirloin Fillet
- 2 portions green beans, bacon wrapped
- 1 tsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter
- 1/2 tsp West Creek® Sugar, Brown
