Sour Cream & Chive Muffins

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together, gently folding in the chives.
  3. Spoon into an ungreased muffin tin and bake 20-30 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool before removing from muffin tin.

  • 1/4 cup chives, fresh, finely chopped
  • 2 cups flour, self-rising
  • 2 sticks Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, melted, unsalted
