Directions
- In bowl, combine first five dry ingredients In another bowl, combine egg, sour cream, butter, and vanilla and then stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Fill paper-lined muffin cups 3/4 full.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 min or until muffins test done. Cool for 10 min.
