Southwest Spiced Fish Fillets
Directions
- Mix spice rub (recipe follows) with cornstarch and then coat one side of each fish fillet with 2 teaspoons of spice mixture, pressing down with fingers to adhere spices to fish.
- Grill for 10-12 minutes on medium high heat, or until internal temp is 145 F.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 4 halibut, fillet(s), 4-5 oz each
- 2 tbsp oil, canola

- 1/4 tsp pepper, black
- 1/4 tsp salt
