Vegetable Lo Mein

Directions

  1. Add sesame oil and vegetable oil to pan over high heat.
  2. Add onions, garlic, and Scallions. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add celery, carrots, cabbage and peas and sauté until vegetables are al dente.
  4. Add noodles, soy, and Maggi Seasoning. Toss until well mixed and all ingredients are hot.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. oil, sesame
  • 2 tsp. oil, vegetable
  • 2 oz. onion(s), sweet, raw, Julienne
  • 1 tbsp. garlic, clove(s), fresh, minced
  • 1/4 cup scallions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup celery, julienne
  • 1 cup Carrots, raw, julienne
  • 1 cup Cabbage, raw, fine shredded
  • 1/2 cup peas, green, frozen
  • 1 qt. Asian noodles, cooked, hot
  • 1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce, light
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Maggi® Seasoning
