Vegetarian Pizza with Mozzarella and Provolone

Directions

  1. Shred cheeses mix well and reserve.
  2. Brush pizza shell with olive oil and evenly sprinkle with 2/3 cheese. Sprinkle with onion, radicchio and mushrooms. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  3. Bake at 450° F until crust is lightly browned and cheese is melted, about 10 minutes. Garnish with pepperoncini.

  • 1 12 in pizza dough, unbaked shell
  • 1 tbsp oil, olive
  • 4 oz onion(s), green, thinly sliced
  • radicchio
  • 2 oz mushroom(s), thinly sliced
  • thinly sliced pepperoncini, for garnish
