Vegetarian Pizza with Mozzarella and Provolone
Directions
- Shred cheeses mix well and reserve.
- Brush pizza shell with olive oil and evenly sprinkle with 2/3 cheese. Sprinkle with onion, radicchio and mushrooms. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 450° F until crust is lightly browned and cheese is melted, about 10 minutes. Garnish with pepperoncini.

- 1 12 in pizza dough, unbaked shell
- 1 tbsp oil, olive
- 4 oz onion(s), green, thinly sliced
- radicchio
- 2 oz mushroom(s), thinly sliced
- thinly sliced pepperoncini, for garnish
