West Creek® Strawberry Smoother
Directions
- In a blender, add the rum, simple syrup, lime juice, strawberry liqueur and orange liqueur, strawberries, and ice.
- Blend well at high speed until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled rocks or margarita glass. Garnish with the whole strawberry, mint, and lime.
Ingredients
- 3 oz Bacardi® Superior Light Rum
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 oz lime juice, fresh squeezed
- 1 oz Drillaud Strawberry Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Cointreau Orange Liqueur
- 4 oz West Creek® Sliced Strawberries
- 1 cup ice
- 1 ea Peak Fresh Produce® Strawberry(ies), whole, for garnish
- 1 sprig ea Peak Fresh Produce® Mint, for garnish
- 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Lime(s), wedge or ring for garnish
