White Wine and Sausage Dip

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Heat until cheese reaches 165ºF.   
  3. Serve with breadsticks or crostini.

  • 1/2 tsp basil, dried, leaves
  • 3 oz West Creek® Beef, Ground, browned
  • 2 lb Land O'Lakes® Extra Melt Process Cheese, loaf, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp garlic, clove(s), granulated
  • 1 cup Nature's Best Dairy® Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), granulated
  • 1 tsp oregano, dried
  • 1 tsp parsley, dried
  • 3 oz Roma® Sausage, Italian, browned
  • 2 oz Roma® Tomatoes, Sun-Dried, chopped
  • 1 1/4 cup wine, Chablis
