We use a proprietary blend of whole muscle cuts which uses Chuck & Brisket as its base. We then blend the ground beef with Parmesan and Romano Cheeses, a proprietary blend of seasonings and spices, eggs and a bit of breadcrumbs to bind the mixture into a delicious, hearty, beefy, 8-ounce culinary delight.
