We are thrilled to bring the very popular - “meat candy” into our private brand portfolio with the announcement of Brisket and Pork Burnt Ends. In addition to burnt ends, we are also launching Peppered, Smoked Turkey Breast in our Ridgecrest® portfolio.
Burnt Ends are flavorful, caramelized chunks of meat, typically known for their crispy, smoky exterior and juicy interior. They come from two main cuts: pork and brisket, each with its own unique character.
Brisket Burnt Ends: made from beef brisket, which is a wonderful, well marbled meat. After the brisket is smoked, the point is cut into cubes and ready for seasoning and saucing to create a rich smoky and tender bite packed with beefy goodness.
Pork Belly Burnt Ends: Made from cubed pork belly, the same cut used for bacon, the pork belly is smoked, then ready for your personal and signature finish via glaze or sauce. They’re incredibly tender and bursting with flavor.
In addition to burnt ends, we are also launching Peppered, Smoked Turkey Breast, smoked low and slow over hardwoods, this whole muscle turkey breast is juicy and features a wonderful, peppered crust.
