Jackfruit has a tender, pull-apart meat-like texture with a neutral flavor profile, making it an ideal ingredient to add to other proteins to increase the nutritional value or to be used as a stand-in for protein in a vegetarian or plant-based diet. When combined with beef it results in juicy, tender burgers with great texture and flavor.
