Jackfruit is a large plant grown in tropical climates – often used as a meat substitute for plant-based diets. It is a nutrition powerhouse, packed with fiber, vitamins, minerals and protein; jackfruit is sustainably harvested and has a lower carbon footprint than traditional meats. Jackfruit has a tender, pull-apart meat-like texture with a neutral flavor profile, making it an ideal ingredient to add to other proteins to increase the nutritional value or to be used as a stand-in for protein in a vegetarian or plant-based diet. When combined with beef it results in juicy, tender burgers with great texture and flavor.

This revolutionary burger grills and cooks just like a traditional beef burger with a wonderful taste and texture. This burger has a great flavor as our seasonings are minimal – pepper, sea salt, and onion powder – that create a wonderful steakhouse-burger flavor profile.
