Elbow Macaroni Bake
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, add elbow macaroni, caramelized onions, warmed alfredo sauce, four cheese blend and mix to combine.
- Port into 9x9 baking dish and top with bacon pieces.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before garnishing with diced tomatoes and parsley. Serve immediately.

- 2 cups cheese, four cheese Italian blend
- 4 tbsp. Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), White, sliced thin and caramelized
- 4 tsp. Peak Fresh Produce® Parsley, Fresh, chopped
- 4 tbsp. Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), Roma , diced
- 8 slices Ridgecrest® Bacon, Applewood Slice(s), cooked and crumbled
- 15 oz. Roma® Alfredo Sauce
- 2 1/2 lbs Roma® Pasta, Elbow Macaroni, IQF Precooked
