Pimento Cheese
Directions
- Heat the cream cheese until soft and pliable.
- Add the sour cream and mayonnaise.
- Add the peppers, seasonings, onions and hot sauce.
- Add the cheeses—Adjust quantities based on desired consistency

- 1 tbsp black pepper
- Chipotle Hot Sauce, as desired
- 1 1/2 cup West Creek Whole Egg Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp garlic, granulated
- 3 tbsp onion, granulated
- 1 tbsp Kosher salt
- 2 cups West Creek Mild Cheddar
- 2 cups Roma® Cheese Shredded, Cheddar
- 2 cup West Creek® Cheese, Cheddar, Sharp
- 1 1/2 cup Nature's Best Dairy® Sour Cream
- 1 onion(s), sweet, grated
- 1 1/2 cup West Creek® Cream Cheese
