Strawberry and Goat Cheese Salad
Directions
- Preheat grill, season salmon with salt and pepper and grill until desired doneness.
- Before removing from grill, glaze with Spicy Peach Wing Sauce & Glaze.
- In a large bowl place spinach and mixed greens and toss with White Balsamic Vinaigrette to coat.
- Evenly divide among two serving bowls.
- Top each with strawberries, pecans, red onions and goat cheese.
- Place salmon on top and drizzle with more Spicy Peach Wing Sauce & Glaze.

- (2) 6 oz. ea. Salmon filet
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 cups baby spinach
- 3 cups greens, field
- 6 oz. Ken's® White Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 6 oz. Ken's® Spicy Peach Wing Sauce
- 2 1/2 cups strawberries, fresh, sliced
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped, toasted
- 1/4 cup red onion, julienne
- 1/4 cup cheese crumbles, goat
