Strawberry and Goat Cheese Salad

Directions

  1. Preheat grill, season salmon with salt and pepper and grill until desired doneness.
  2. Before removing from grill, glaze with Spicy Peach Wing Sauce & Glaze.
  3. In a large bowl place spinach and mixed greens and toss with White Balsamic Vinaigrette to coat.
  4. Evenly divide among two serving bowls.
  5. Top each with strawberries, pecans, red onions and goat cheese.
  6. Place salmon on top and drizzle with more Spicy Peach Wing Sauce & Glaze.

Ingredients

  • (2) 6 oz. ea. Salmon filet
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3 cups baby spinach
  • 3 cups greens, field
  • 6 oz. Ken's® White Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • 6 oz. Ken's® Spicy Peach Wing Sauce
  • 2 1/2 cups strawberries, fresh, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped, toasted
  • 1/4 cup red onion, julienne
  • 1/4 cup cheese crumbles, goat
