Asparagus with Hollandaise
Directions
- Warm asparagus in steamer or sauté pan.
- Place asparagus on warm serving platter then top with hollandaise sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Peak Fresh Produce® Asparagus, peeled and trimmed then blanched
- 1 cup hollandaise sauce, (see recipe below)
Nature’s Best Dairy® Easy Hollandaise
Directions
- In blender add yolks, mustard, lemon juice and tabasco. Blend for 5-6 seconds.
- With blender running on high slowly add the melted butter.
- Sauce will thicken quickly. Keep in a warm place for service.
Ingredients
- 3 ea Nature’s Best Dairy® egg yolks
- 1/4 tsp mustard, dijon
- 2 tbsp Ascend® Juice, Lemon
- 1/8 tsp Tabasco® Sauce
- 1/2 cup Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, melted
