Place bottom toasted bun onto a clean work surface.
Spread mashed avocado ranch across bottom bun.
Place all beef burger on top of mashed ranch avocado and cheese on top of all beef burger. Repeat with second burger and cheese.
Place bacon and caramelized onions on top of cheese.
Spread secret avocado sauce onto top bun.
Place top toasted bun onto burger to close. Serve as needed.

2 ea. bacon, pork, cooked
1 1/2 oz. yellow onion, caramelized
(2) 4 oz. ea. burger patties, seasoned, grilled
1 ea. cheese, American, sliced
2 oz. Avocado Secret Sauce, (see recipe below)

Directions
Place all ingredients into a bowl. Mash to a chunky consistency.
Remove sauce from bowl and place sauce into a clean container.
Place plastic wrap on top, pressing down firmly to remove any air bubbles to prevent oxidization.
Cover, label, date, and store. Serve as needed.

1 tbsp. parsley, fresh, chopped, rough
1 tbsp. lemon juice, fresh

Secret Avocado Sauce
Directions
Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until a smooth consistency has been reached.
Place sauce into a clean container and place plastic wrap on top of sauce, pressing down firmly. Cover with lid and store as per HACCP. Serve as needed.
