Calamari Po Boy with Caviar

Directions

  1. Spread bread with 1/4 cup black olive mayo.
  2. Add baby greens to bread, then tomato slices, then fried squid.
  3. Drizzle with caviar and serve.

  • 1 tbsp caviar
  • 1 cup mixed baby greens, tossed in lemon vinaigrette
  • 1 Roma® Roll(s), Hoagie
  • 2 Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), Roma , sliced

Black Olive Mayonnaise

Directions

  1. In a blender, add garlic, pepper, olives, mustard, vinegar and dijon mustard, then puree.
  2. With blender running slowly, drizzle in olive oil.
