California Style Thai Chicken Pizza

Directions

  1. Lay crust on a pizza paddle.
  2. Add Peanut Sauce spreading evenly on the crust leaving an edge. Add Cheese and spread evenly on top of the Peanut Sauce.
  3. Take chunks of the chicken and lay down all over the pizza.
  4. Scatter red onion and carrot over the pizza.
  5. Cook at 500 degrees F in an oven for 8 minutes. Take out and let cool.
  6. Top with fresh cilantro, sliced green onion, chopped peanuts and chili flakes.

Ingredients

  • (1) 10 in. Piancone® Pinza Crust
  • 4 oz. Bacio® Mozzarella, shredded
  • 3 oz. Contigo® Chicken, Fully Cooked Fajita Strips
  • 2 tbsp. Peak Fresh Produce® Carrot(s), peeled and shredded
  • 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, julienne
  • 6 ea. Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, minced
  • 1 ea. Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, chopped on bias
  • 1 oz. Magellan roasted peanuts
  • 1 tsp. Roma® Crushed Red Chili Flakes
  • Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, leaves, for garnish

Peanut Sauce

Directions

  1. In a skillet add sesame oil, peanut butter, hoisin, and the juice of the lime.
  2. Let cook over a low flame until peanut butter is melted and whisk all together. Reserve for service.
