Directions
- Lay bacon flat on a sheet tray and cook in a convection oven at 350°F for 10-15 min. or until bacon is golden brown and crispy. Drain fat off bacon and allow bacon to cool to room temperature for service.
- Cut vegetables accordingly.
- Garlic Mayo – mix all ingredients and hold cold for cold service.
- To build: bread / lettuce, tomato, bacon / bread / lettuce, tomato, bacon / bread to top.

- 2 ea Wright® Brand Naturally Hickory Smoked Extra Thick Sliced Steak Cut Bacon
- 3 ea bread, sourdough, sliced boule
- 1/2 oz tomato(es), thin sliced
- 1/2 oz Butter lettuce, julienne
- 1 cup mayonnaise, low fat
- 1 tsp Black Pepper, cracked
- 1 tbsp garlic, granulated
