Corned Beef Hash Patties

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the corned beef hash, eggs, breadcrumbs, and scallion.
  2. Scoop into 1.5 oz patties and flatten slightly. Reserve on sheet pan.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook patties 3-5 minutes per side, until golden brown. Transfer to paper towel lined plate until ready to serve.

  • 2 ea. egg(s), beaten
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 ea. Scallions, fresh, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
