Empire’s Treasure® Buffalo Shrimp Hoagie

Directions

  1.  Heat oil in deep fryer to 350-degrees F. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes until golden brown then drain on a towel to remove excess grease.
  2. Toss shrimp in a bowl with wing sauce.
  3. Place lettuce on bottom of roll topped with sliced tomatoes followed by shrimp tossed inn wing sauce.
  4. Finish with some crumbles of blue cheese and bacon slices then take a break and smile.

  • 12 ea Empire’s Treasure® 31-35 count beer battered shipyard shrimp
  • for frying Brilliance® oil
  • 1 ea Roma® Roll(s), Hoagie, toasted
  • 1/4 cup West Creek® Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Roma® Cheese Crumbles, Blue
  • 2 ea Ridgecrest® Bacon, cooked
  • 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Lettuce, Iceberg, Shredded
  • 2 slices ea Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es)
