Slice figs lengthwise in half then slice thin wedges (3 from each half).
Fry Anchor® Tempura Cheese Wedges according to directions.
Once fried, remove and drain from oil. Place on plate or platter as desired.
Using a small spoon, place a 1/2 tsp dollop of fig jam on each piece of the cheese wedge.
Place the walnut on top of fig jam, slice of fig on each, and sprinkle with thyme leaves over top.
