Directions

  1. Oil an 8x10 Detroit Style pizza pan.
  2. Place the dough in the pan pressing to take the shape of the pan. Let rise.
  3. Top with pizza sauce and bake.
  4. Cool and wrap in plastic.
  5. Pan or deep fry the julienned spinach wrap.
  6. Roll roasted peppers to form lips.
  7. Pack all the other elements. Arrange everything in a box to go.

  • 8 oz Piancone® Pizza Sauce with Basil
  • 8 oz Bacio® Cheese, Mozzarella
  • 1 ea Piancone® spinach wrap, julienned
  • 4 ea Roma® roasted red peppers
  • 1 ea Roma® Artichoke Hearts, split
  • 1 ea Roma® Meatballs
  • 2 ea Roma® Pepperoni, Cup n Char
  • 1 ea Roma® Olives, Kalamata, split
  • 1 pizza box
