Put icing in a pastry bag with an open-ended tip. Pipe icing on bottom of one cookie then top with the other cookie on an angle.
Cut twelve of the marshmallows in half for eyes. Cut the remining marshmallows in angle strips for teeth.
Using a small paint brush make a dot of chocolate icing in the center of the marshmallow haves to complete the eyes. Pipe some chocolate icing on top of the cookie to secure the marshmallow eyes.

Take angle cut marshmallows and stick in the icing to make teeth then serve some fun.
