Grilled Allegiance Pork Chops
Directions
- Season and grill Allegiance Pork Porterhouse Chops to an internal temperature of 145 degrees minimum. Baste chops with Jala-Mango sauce and keep warm.

Present chops on a plate with corn on the cob, baked potatoes and grilled peaches (cut each grilled half into 1/4’s).

Serve butter, sour cream, scallions, cheddar cheese, and bacon on the side if desired to garnish baked potatoes. Peak cherry chutney would also make a nice addition to the Allegiance Pork Porterhouse Chop.

Garnish pork porterhouse chops with Peak Rainbow Micro Greens.

- 6 oz West Creek Jala-Mango Sauce
- 2 each peach(es), cut in half
- 4 each Allegiance Pork Porterhouse Chops, 16 oz
- 1/4 oz Rainbow Micro Greens
