Add Sauce spreading evenly on the crust leaving an edge. Add Cheeses and spread evenly on the Sauce. Take chunks of the beef and lay down all over the pizza.
Slice up 1 tomato and lay all over the cheese.
Take one or two tablespoons of the Giardiniera mix and sprinkle over the pizza.
Cook in an oven at 500 degrees for 8 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Pull out and cut into squares and let cool. Eat and enjoy!

6 oz. Ultimo!® Pizza Sauce, Fully Prepared
8 oz. Ultimo Supreme® Shredded Mozzarella, White Cheddar & Provolone Blend Cheese

4 oz. Roma® Italian beef, sliced
1 ea. Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), 5x6, sliced

Directions
In a large bowl add peppers with cauliflower, jalapeno peppers, carrots, green olives, onion, red pepper flakes, and celery. Sprinkle with salt. Cover with cold water and refrigerate at least 12 hours, covered. Set aside for 24 hours.
Drain and rinse away the brine. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, add garlic, oregano, vinegar, and ground pepper. Add oil and vinegar then whisk to combine.
Add to your vegetable mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours to marinade.
Reserve in containers and use as needed.
