Directions
- Bake biscuit 60-90 seconds, or until golden brown, on 375°F preheated, well-oiled waffle iron; place on serving plate.
- Dip 1.5 oz lobster piece into warm butter and place on waffle; add 1/4 cup microgreen mixture on top.
- Drizzle 1 tbsp Yogurt Mustard Sauce over salad and serve immediately.

Directions
- Thaw biscuit dough covered, until flexible; at room temp. 15-30 minutes or refrigerate overnight.
- Toss microgreens and radishes together; refrigerate until service.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup microgreens
- 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Radish(es), red, thinly sliced
- 12 Pillsbury™ Garlic & Cheddar Biscuit Dough
Yogurt Mustard Sauce
Directions
Combine yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, tarragon, and salt in mixing bowl; refrigerate until service.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp mustard, dijon
- 1/8 tsp salt, kosher
- 1 tsp tarragon, fresh, chopped
- 1/2 cup yogurt, plain fat-free
